Can a Mobile Repeater product help my signal?

What are the benefits of using a mobile repeater?

What frequency repeater do I need?

Most mobile carriers broadcast their networks on either of the 900 or 1800 Mhz frequency bands, or both. High-speed data networks or 3G service is broadcast on the 2100MHz band.

Can I install a repeater unit myself?

Absolutely. There is no technical expertise required to install your mobile repeater kit. Each kit contains everything needed to improve the mobile coverage in your home/office and includes instructions that will guide you through the simple steps necessary to install your repeater.

How will my repeater be delivered?

All orders are shipped via DHL express and are normally delivered within 1-4 business days. Your order will be dispatched from our warehouse and you will be forwarded tracking information for the order after it is dispatched. If you have any questions on your order status you can also contact us.

Do you have a return policy?

Yes, we offer you a 15-day money back guarantee. You may return the signal booster for a full refund within 15 days of receipt. Returns must be sent to our location for processing. To process a return contact us. Returned merchandise must include all original components, literature, warranties, and packaging in the same condition in which it was received.
Refunds for returns will cover product amount and any sales taxes charged. Refunds will not be made for any postage and handling charges. Returns not meeting these conditions will be subject to a repackaging fee of 20% of the price paid for the product (not including taxes). Damaged merchandise, cosmetically or otherwise, is subject to a restocking fee on a case-by-case basis. 
If an order has been dispatched, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to accept the delivery and return the order per this return policy. Orders that are refused at the designated delivery address may incur a 20% repackaging fee.
